"We had a broken Multi-point lock on our backdoor. We spoke to half a dozen locksmiths including two that came to the house. None of them were able to help us with a repair/replacement. Ruth (admin)and Ricardo (field tech) of Alcatraz were the first to actually make the repair happen. As parts needed to be ordered, they made a temporary fix that allowed us to use and lock the door until the parts arrive. We really appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism and flexibility."
